Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes. Every item is checked for quality and authenticity before shipping. You receive it new and unworn. Read more on our authenticity page.

How fast is my order shipped?

We process your order within 1–2 business days and then hand it to the carrier. You'll get a tracking code by email. More info on our shipping page.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free from €50. Below €50, you'll see the shipping costs at checkout, before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to Belgium, the Netherlands and more than 30 other countries, always with tracking.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from your order. Read how it works on our returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange while stocks last.

How do I find my size?

Check our size guide and the size tip on the product page. Still unsure? Send us your usual size and we'll advise you personally.

Do I get a discount if I buy more?

Yes: buy 2 items and save 5%, buy 3 or more and save 10%. The discount is applied automatically.

Do you have a welcome discount?

How do I pay?

You pay securely online in our checkout, where you'll see all the payment methods we offer. You pay nothing extra on delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

No, ABCD Fashion is an online store. All orders are shipped.

How quickly will I get an answer to my question?

We reply within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Include your order number so we can help you faster.

My item is damaged or wrong. What now?

Send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve it as a priority, at no cost to you.
